Our adventures extend for nine days including transport to and from the Calgary airport. For those that want more, we can extend your stay for an extra two days and prolong the pleasure.

Pricing
Pricing:
7 days hunting, 1 Elk/person (can be extended for a minimal additional charge)

1 guide X 1 hunter: $ 7,500 per person

1 guide X 2 hunters: $ 6,500 per person

2 guides X 4 hunters: $ 5,000 per person

Non hunters 200$ / day

Extra Costs
-
If you intend to take the meat home with you at the end of the hunting adventure, there will be extra fees to take the animal to a butcher and to have them ship the packaged meat to you. However, we can provide wax boxes to pack your bulk meat with you on the plane and have it butchered at home.

If you choose not to take the meat for yourself, it will be donated at no cost to you.

If you wish, we can take you to a taxidermist in our area.

Booking Information
A 50% DEPOSIT is required to hold your hunt and is non-refundable.

Hunt balance must be paid 90 days prior to hunt start date.
​​
Personal checks are fine for deposits and final payments.​​

Refund Policy - Deposits will be 100% refunded or forwarded to the following year due to personal medical emergencies or acts of god. For all other cancellations, if 90 days notice is given we will forward the hunt to the next year, if under 90 days High Ridge Antlers reserves the right to keep the deposit or forward to the following year, if we or you can find a replacement.

Contract - A contract detailing the agreed upon hunt terms will be emailed to you to be completed and mailed back along with deposit.

Entering Canada
Passports are required to enter canada. There may be a long wait period to get your US passport. The Canada Border Services Agency is responsible for border and port entry activities. IF you have a criminal record (even a DUI can prevent you from crossing the border) you may require a A Temporary Resident Permit. It is your responsibility to make sure you will not be refused entry into Canada. Refusal of entry by Canada Customs and Immigration is not sufficient reason for a refund. If you've ever had any criminal charges, even a D.U.I., you might have difficulty entering Canada and may need to clear it up months beforehand. Canada Border Crossing Services is available to answer any questions you may have. Passports are required to enter Canada.
Documents Needed to Hunt
Non-Resident Firearms Declaration Form

This will serve as a licence and registration for your firearm. This must be presented in triplicate, unsigned to a Canada Customs officer at your first point of entry into Canada.

WIN Number. This is required to hunt in Alberta. If you do not have one, you go to their website and apply online. Please allow enough time to receive your number via internet to your hunt. Get your WIN # here:
